At RA Sport, we are committed to providing a smooth, secure, and reliable shopping and delivery experience for our customers.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to locations across Egypt.
Standard Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary during promotions, public holidays, peak seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders above EGP 6,000 For Cairo, Giza and Alexandria only.
For orders below EGP 6,000, the applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location.
Express Shipping
Express delivery options are available in Cairo and Giza only.
Same Day Delivery

Available for eligible orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Orders will be delivered on the same day.

Shipping Fee: EGP 300
Next Day Delivery

Orders will be delivered on the next business day.

Shipping Fee: EGP 200
Available delivery options and applicable fees will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order eligibility.
Customer Data Accuracy
Please ensure that all information provided during checkout, including your name, phone number, delivery address, and other contact details, is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays or order cancellations.
Before completing your order, please make sure that you have selected the correct product, size, color, and quantity.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive an SMS from the shipping company containing your order and tracking details.
You can also check your order status through your RA Sport account under My Orders.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team to request the cancellation.
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before processing, the paid amount will be refunded according to the applicable refund method.
Once an order has been processed or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For orders where Cash on Delivery is available, payment must be made in cash to the courier upon receiving the order.
Cash on Delivery availability is determined at checkout and may depend on the delivery location, order value, products in the order, and previous order history.
Cash on Delivery cannot be combined with credit/debit card or installment payments for the same order.
RA Sport reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery for customers with repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals.
Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery
Our courier may make multiple attempts to contact you and deliver your order.
If the courier is unable to reach you or complete the delivery after the permitted delivery attempts, the shipment may be automatically returned and the order cancelled.
Please ensure that your registered phone number is correct and that you are available to receive the order.
Order Refusal
If an order is refused upon delivery without a valid reason, RA Sport reserves the right to cancel the order and may restrict Cash on Delivery for future orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to prepare and ship your orders to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of the item received.
