Refund process:
If you want to return, we will send a courier to take the returned item from you to return back to the store first after that we will send a request to the finance team to start proceed your refund request if you paid in cash we will ma a bank transfer so, we will take your bank account details and if you paid in visa we will send your refund to the same card that you paid with
Please note that the refund process takes from 10 to 14 working days.
In case of return/ refund requests, kindly be aware that shipping fees will be imposed.

بيتم ارسال مندوب شركة الشحن بتأخذ القطعة منك ثم يتم استرجاعها للفرع من يومان الي ثلاث ايام عمل ثم يتم البدء باجراءات ال refund علي حساب بنكي او حسب لو حضرتك دافعة تقسيط بيتم من خلال شركة التقسيط مباشرة.
يجب ان يكون المنتج بحالته الاصليه مع وجود فاتورة البيع معه
و يرجي العلم ان عملية الاسترجاع تأخذ من 10 الي 14 يوم عمل
يتم احتساب مصاريف شحن علي اي عملية مرتجع حسب المحافظة التابع لها .

Please note that if you want to exchange we will send a courier to you to take the returned item from you first to return it to the store in 2 working days then the exchanged one will be out for delivery and deliver from 3 to 4 days.
The courier will contact with you in 3 working days.
Please note that there is 140 LE Shipping fees for any exchange request.

و سيتم التواصل مع حضرتك من قبل المندوب خلال 3 ايام عمل
و بتم احتساب 140ج مصاريف استبدال .
